- Week 1 Exercise
TUTORIAL VIDEO LINK: VSP0322 Friday 8-12pm
PERSONAL NOTES:- Always create a folder in which you put the editing files
- Timeline Sequence: editing file
- Insert (,): found in video preview section. Insert edit add a new clip at selected position in the timeline to any portion of sequence. It pushes other clips to shift forward in the timeline by the exact duration of the clip that is being added.
- Overwright (.): found in video preview section. It leaves everything in place and just overwrites the clips that are selected. No clip items are rippled forward, so the duration of your project remains the same.
- Inpoint (I): select front
- Outpoint (O): select end
- Lift (;): to cut the selected portion of the timeline and leave it as a blank space
- Extract ('): tu remove the selected portion of the timeline and makes the portions behind it close the gap.
