REFLECTION

Experience
Creating the game art assets and sprites for my project was a challenging yet rewarding experience. As I embarked on crafting the visuals, I spent countless hours meticulously designing the main character, a playful monkey, along with the formidable birds who would drop eggs as enemies. Additionally, I worked on creating zookeeper sprites to add an element of challenge. The process was undeniably time-consuming, requiring immense attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Observation
I observe that making the background setting needs substantial time. I designed three distinct background scenes—a primate exhibit, an aviary, and a bustling cityscape. Each scene demanded its own unique style and color and took significant effort to complete. I also had to think about the size and how it looks compared to the monkey and its jumping power. I found that set design also required so much thinking and measuring.

Findings
The creation of game art assets and sprites proved to be an arduous and time-intensive process. It required unwavering dedication, perseverance, and attention to detail. However, I discovered that the hard work paid off as I witnessed the characters and backgrounds come together, breathing life into the game. The experience highlighted the significance of art in enhancing the player's immersion and creating a visually captivating world.
